Refund Policy

Premium

If PathPilot Premium fails to work as described, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review the payment record and refund where the fault is ours.

Counselling sessions

Counselling is paid separately from Premium. A session cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time is fully refundable. A session the counsellor misses is fully refundable.

How refunds are issued

Refunds return to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank.

Configuration note: PathPilot has not published registered company details, a postal address or a support phone number. Those will appear here once they are confirmed — nothing has been invented in the meantime.
